How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and tracked on every order to the US and Canada. Orders ship in 1–3 business days, then usually arrive 9–14 days later in the US and 10–18 days later in Canada.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What if it arrives damaged or isn't right?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Message us first and we'll send the return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
